Refund policy

We are happy to issue a full refund for items that have not been used. Return them to the store with your receipt, or get in contact to see if we can collect (Delivery fee will apply).

We do not accept returns on aggregates (Plaster, Sand, Cement).

For orders that have been delivered, the delivery fee is non-refundable.
